When a new caregiver is hired, they go through our orientation training led by our senior caregivers and care coordinators. Every caregiver at CarePro has the base level skills to handle the most common care concerns of diverse individuals. Hence, we conduct ongoing training in specialized skill sets to enhance their capabilities.
At CarePro, we make sure that every caregiver we employ meets the following standards:
- Fully-screened and credentialed with comprehensive background checks
- Bonded and insured
- Tested and trained. Our caregivers must demonstrate and pass skills and knowledge tests.
